About Us
We’re Luke and Hayley and we began ‘Socially Crafted’ to help the success of businesses with the use of digital marketing.
We have spent 5 years in the digital marketing industry, office-based and freelance. Prior to this experience, Luke completed a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing and Hayley has a degree and background in Psychology.
Specifically, our freelance social media management and PPC career began while travelling the world with the purpose of extending our travels. As well as freelancing, we also created our own Instagram accounts to document our travels, these soon began to grow and we’ve had the privilege of working with amazing brands such as Zalando, Mazda, Adobe and Oral B and many more.
After working with our first few clients, we soon realised that we love working with businesses on a personal level and wanted to use our expertise to help small-medium businesses grow and reach their full potential.
We then decided to take our freelance work a step further and create our own agency, ‘Socially Crafted’.

As a small business ourselves, we have a genuine appreciation for the power of digital marketing and what it can do for a small business on a tight budget, if done correctly. Small businesses don’t always need a large amount of money but they do need the right amount of effort and dedication in the right places.
